Lynn specializes in residential, farm, and second home purchases. She and her husband, Jerry, relocated to Alabama from Seattle, Washington with an Aerospace Company. When Jerry retired they managed a Bed & Breakfast for three years in Fayetteville, TN. AirBnb investment properties have been of interest for investment opportunities. J. Lynn has been licensed for over 28 years serving Alabama and Tennessee.

His corporate management background in an Aerospace Company based out of Seattle, WA relocated with his wife, Lynn, to Washington DC, Huntsville, AL, and after retiring currently resides in Tennessee. Dr. Kronk's current position as a hard money lender for Investors for both Commercial and Residential Real Estate.
